IQ SERIES
KEN’s modular built range of IQ medical washer disinfectors are designed to provide superior load and wash efficiencies, fast processing times, a small physical footprint and be economically friendly with reduced energy, water, and chemical usage. The IQ series even allows robotic loading and unloading, hereby reducing heavy lifting and improves the working environment inside the CSSD. The IQ series is compatible with the traceability software systems used in CSSDs and makes batch logging an easy, automated and secure task.
IQ3 Washer Disinfector
IQ3 is the smallest machine in the IQ series of intelligent washer-disinfectors. A small washer disinfector that is efficient and has a very small footprint yet still equipped with all the features and programs well known from IQ4, IQ5 and IQ6. Printer, RFID recognition, and various racks can be offered to suit a variety of different needs. IQ3 holds up to 8 DIN baskets and has a wide range of racks and modules available.
IQ4 Washer Disinfector
IQ4 comes with 4 level flexible racks and holds up to 8 DIN baskets. A small washer disinfector that is efficient, has a very small footprint and equipped with all the features and programs well known from IQ5 and 6. Printer, RFID recognition, and various racks are available to suit every need. The IQ4 has manual doors that allow for loading directly at the open door and uses very little space.
IQ5 Washer Disinfector
With its small footprint and the shortest cycle times, IQ5 is a superior washer disinfector for CSSDs. Side by side installation and compact efficiency reduces the space needed and increases productivity in a smaller space. Thanks to the user-friendly, intuitive and graphic screens staff are able to monitor the progress of the washing cycles thus ensuring optimal use of resources. IQ5 comes with a wide range of racks and modules and holds up to 12 DIN baskets. The IQ5 has downward sliding doors that allows for manual loading, or the use of a unique automatic loading system that provides high flexibility and uses very little space. The IQ5 is easy to operate by touch panel with swipe function, showing all relevant information of the program needed by the operators. IQ5 has the lowest energy and water consumption in the market, to keep operating costs at a minimum and contribute to a clean environment.
IQ6 Washer Disinfector
The IQ6 has been designed with a big capacity, small footprint, fast cycles, low water, and electricity demands ensuring that this 18 DIN basket machine is extremely economical compared to the competition. The IQ6 has downward sliding doors that allow for manual loading, or the use of a unique automatic loading system that provides high flexibility and uses very little space. The IQ6 is easy to operate by touch panel with swipe function, showing all relevant information of the program needed by the operators.
IQ10 Cart Washer
The KEN IQ10 has been developed for washing and disinfection of larger size equipment in CSSD- and care facilities. The machine is useful for CSSDs when washing surgical equipment, containers, vessels and utensils due to its flexible load carriers as well as for care facilities when washing wheelchairs, walking aids, toilet chairs, bowls and similar equipment.
Available in four different sizes to adapt to every need. Furthermore, it is possible to purchase a selection of different flexible trolleys.
Ken AL10
Unique robot solution for transportation in the CSSD to and from the washer disinfectors. The robot navigates through the CSSD. Through RFID technology, it selects a vacant machine and the washing program is automatically selected by RFID registration. Space-saving with increased ergonomics, allowing staff to solve other important tasks. Programmed easily via a tablet. The robot can also return empty racks to a storage area and find its way to the charging station if it has no current tasks. 1 robot can service up to 8 instrument washers.
